I have been abundantly blessed in my life. I was raised by loving parents, have 5 loving brothers and large extended family.
I met my husband and have enjoyed a life filled with adventure for almost 46 years, 3 wonderful sons and now 8 grandchildren we love dearly.
I have also had the great gift of experiencing the ability to give back through local, domestic, and international mission work through Partnership in Mission with the Diocese of Joliet. I have traveled to Boliva and Ecuador internationally. I have done domestic mission work on a Navajo reservation in Arizona as well as many national disaster trips including work after the Katrina hurricane in Louisiana, hurricanes in Oklahoma, Alabama, and Tennessee.
Each one of these opportunities has expanded my appreciation for my abundant blessings. I come home and see things differently and feel called to serve others who have needs. Some local charitable endeavors are 3:11 Project, Catholic Daughters of the Americas #432, Feed My Starving Children, and many more.
I am proud to say that a portion of every sale from Be Well And Renew and Grandma's Magic Pillows helps others through financial donations as well as the ability to travel on these service trips. My world continues to expand as well as the call to do more, be more, and share more.

I suffer from migraines, and these pillows help tremendously. As a power napper they also assist in getting a restful 15 minutes. As far as the book and children pillows, those I gave as gifts which were well appreciated by the Moms who received them. All in all this is a great product for kids to learn to quiet themselves and for adults to rest better. A total Home Run!

I have always loved making people feel better. I am a natural care-giver! Becoming a Relaxation Expert was a natural evolution and I have never looked back.
For 20 years I have been providing therapeutic massage and more recently started creating resources/products to help adults and children have simple ways to integrate relaxation into their busy days.
These resources include guided meditations, inspiration deck, relaxation eye pillows, and magic pillows for children. I have published two books; Weaver of Words, available through Amazon, and Grandma's Magic Pillows, which is a children's book that helps children learn the lifelong gift of a quiet body and calm mind. It has been received enthusiastically by mothers, teachers, grandparents and care givers.
